(By Robert Ballantyne, edited by Mike Peel then Robin Tivy) Below is a "GPS track" which was downloaded from a GPS and plotted onto a map using a computer. It shows the exact line we followed from our upper destination to the Chance Creek Road.
Purple line was plotted by computer from GPS data
I plotted our line on a scan of topo map 92 G/14. You can see my calibration lines (using the UTM grid superimposed on the map) which will give you an idea of the accuracy of the plot. GPS
