 Photographer: Drew Brayshaw

Technical: Fuji Sensia 100; Pentax Espio95WR; scan to PhotoCD.
Date: January 2002
Vantage Point:
From base of NW face

Technical: Fuji Sensia 100; Pentax Espio95WR; scan to PhotoCD.

Caption: Fred racking up below the NW face of Cheam Peak.

Story: Seen from this foreshortened viewpoint, the face looks very rocky, and much of the upper snowfield is hidden. In fact this view accurately represents the time required, in that climbing through the rock takes time, and climbing the upper snow went fast.
