In 1995, the Western Canada Wilderness Committee coordinated a major trailbuilding effort at the head of the Ehaho River and attracted volunteers from far away lands like Ontario and Europe to help preserve the area from logging. <p>We decided to visit the trail for ourselves. The trail is fairly well marked once you get started. <p>At the trailhead, we met a volunteer who was working on a less known branch of the trail which goes directly up the Meager creek to the large lake (Volunteer lake?) at UTM 623 975.
