Stephen Skog 41 and his older brother James Skog 43 drowned on Rouse Lake approximately on June 20-25, 2008. They were found several days later. Apparently their canoe overturned. Stephen was a Bivouac editor, and provided many useful articles from the Kelowna area, which will remain useful to people for years.
